Practicum Plan for Achievement of Core Clinical Objectives

1. The student will complete 45 hours (indirect care) at the approved clinical site.

1. The preceptor and student will develop a practicum plan to achieve the core clinical objectives during the 45 hours (indirect care) at the approved clinical site.

1. The practicum plan must be submitted and approved by your faculty before you begin the practicum experience. The faculty requires 48 hours to provide feedback on this plan, and you may be asked to resubmit.
