This week, you reviewed the need to create a legal and ethical culture in the workplace. Healthcare employees are role models in the community. Many healthcare organizations are designing employee wellness plans to improve healthy behaviors and employee satisfaction. In this week’s assignment, you will design an employee wellness plan for your healthcare organization. Be sure to:

· Detail the legal parameters of the plan.

· Explain the ethical foundations for this program.

· Design the program for longevity.

· Be specific in who will maintain the program and be responsible for specific tasks.

· Discuss how confidentiality will be provided.

· Outline some promotion activities to garnish enrollment.

· Delineate a dispute resolution process for those wishing to make complaints.
