Another requirement of the clinical ladder program is to develop a timeline for lifelong professional learning.

Instructions

Evaluate your commitment to continued growth with clinical reasoning and clinical judgment and in a Word document, create a five-year plan for sustained professional growth. Include the following information in the plan:

· One-year post-BSN graduation
