FINDING AN EFFECTIVE MANAGER
In this Discussion, you will consider the presentations you created in Weeks 1, 2, and 3 and use them to create a job announcement to be used in hiring a new corporate director. The new director will be responsible for creating a productive, inclusive, and positive working environment and implementing processes to sustain it. Based on your presentations, the job announcement should highlight the characteristics of managers who are successful in creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Post a job announcement that includes the following:
· The desirable characteristics and key competencies of someone who would be successful at creating a sustainable, positive, and productive work environment
· The experience, behaviors, and attitudes one would need to possess as a manager to fulfill this position within the organization based on your previous presentations
