Minipapers (2). You are required to complete 2 “minipapers” of your choosing during the course of the semester. Minipapers must be at least 2 pages but should not exceed 3 pages of text, not including title page, references, tables, graphs, and other ancillaries. Submissions must be double-spaced and use 12- point Times New Roman font with one-inch margins and page numbers in the bottom right corner of the page. Your title page should include: 1) an informative title; 2) your name; 3) the course title; 4) and semester information. Use of section headers and bold, italics, and underline is encouraged as appropriate.

  • Mini paper option #1: Assess the policy making process that instituted change during the Flint water crisis. What model(s) of policymaking was/were implemented? Who were the actors involved? How was change ultimately implemented?
