Create a 3- to 4-minute narrated presentation, “Board Pitch,” to summarize your entire capstone proposal for the executive team during the board meeting. (Think PowerPoint presentation with you narrating the content as if you are presenting this presentation to the board)

Your presentation should include:

  • Executive Summary: Summarize the proposal, including description, mission, goal, value, feasibility, and overall recommendation.
  • Implementation Plan: Develop a high-level implementation plan and an exit strategy if needed.
  • Self-Assessment:
  • Assess your role in the proposed project.
  • Determine the following action items to address hiccups or innovations in your project.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your project and things you could do differently next time.

Note. The Executive Summary or Abstract should be placed at the front of the Capstone Document if you would like to use this proposal as a work example in the future.
