Case 2.1: The Parking Lot Scuffle
The paper should be analytic and relevant to topic under consideration. Be sure to include personal insight, and religious and moral beliefs.
Submission Instructions:
- Outline your paper with the Outline Template Download Outline Template. You will include this in your submission.
- Your paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation, and misspelling.
- The paper is to be 3-4 pages in length, current APA style, excluding the title and reference page.
- Incorporate a minimum of 3 current (published within the last five years) scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work. You may use the Primary Sources Template Download Primary Sources Templateto analyze your sources, but it is not required for submission.
- Include both the outline and the paper in one document and submit the assignment by Sunday
