For this journal assignment, you will choose one of the following developmental ages for a health supervision visit (well visit) according to the recommendations by the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics (2023). What are your health promotion and disease prevention recommendations for the age group chosen?

Case Study
A 64-year-old widowed female presents to the office for a wellness exam. She is of Asian descent and foreign born. Her pap smears history is normal. She denies sexual activity for the past 5 years. Her last mammogram 1 year prior was normal. She has no other risk factors or family history for the development of breast cancer. She tells you she’s recently unemployed, as the factory where she worked over 20 years closed suddenly. She has no pension or retirement. She has taken Social Security income. She cannot afford national health insurance via the Affordable Care Act, and is hoping to just “get by” until her 65th birthday when she can qualify for Medicare. The patient picks up her teenage grandchildren from school three days a week. She has two adult daughters who live in town.
