  • What are some challenges that e-prescribing faces and how can these barriers be overcome?
  • Are you personally favorable to the idea of e-prescribing?
  • What are some of the ethical considerations revolving around e-prescribing? Do you think this system could be taken advantage of?

2. The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has sparked conversations about the privacy surrounding sensitive medical information that could possibly be used in machine learning. Information captured from doctors’ voice recordings concerning patient’s information being used by AI could present a privacy issue. It makes one think of medical ethics and if maybe we are getting ahead of ourselves with the information that we are making available to these artificial intelligence operations.

What are your thoughts on sensitive medical information being made accessible to artificial intelligence? What are some of the privacy implications that could arise with patient medical data being used in this way? The goal of AI in medicine is to be able to eventually prevent disease. In your opinion, should we get there by any means necessary? 100 words

5. Respond to Sandy

I do see that Telehealth is growing and moving towards the future. Places like doctor’s offices and therapy are using Telehealth more frequently. Since working in the healthcare field Telehealth kind of kicked up with covid hitting. People needing to be seen but also taking things safe for everyone. Not every visit can be a Telehealth at a doctor’s office but you can schedule some. With therapy you can have more Telehealth’s.  I have mixed feeling on Telehealth, first yes Telehealth’s are good for patients that can’t make it into the office due to no ride or being sick but should also be limited to how many a year. On the other hand sometimes patients can miss use this. There are some appointments that need to be in person to be addressed.
