Overview

You will complete the IRB application as best you can. The object of this assignment is to help you understand the process once a dissertation draft is complete and approved by your committee. In addition, it shows you areas that you may need to add into your dissertation later.
DO NOT SUBMIT THIS PAPERWORK TO THE IRB. This paperwork is a draft exercise for this course. Complete what you can, based on what is written in your proposal. When it is time, your chair will tell you when you may submit this to the IRB.

· Complete the application, there is no need to write any paper in APA.
