Thoroughly study the policy and the issues involved with the policy, identifying its relevancy, relation with recovery-oriented perspective, and significance. Using APA guidelines, the Karger/Stoesz policy analysis model, and additional parameters provided by the professor, present and analyze the policy. Include your including your recommendations related to the policy issue.
