After watching the video, detail your observations in a 1-2 page summary.  First, you’re looking for the lesson plan cycle, identify/describe those parts in the lessons you observe.  In addition, you’re looking for lesson success.  What is the teacher doing that contributes to lesson success?  Give at least three examples in your summary.  Be sure to refer to at least three key points for lesson success that you have read about in your assignments.   Use complete sentences so that it is clear to me what you are referring to.   Statements such as, “The teacher is using a friendly, but firm approach to classroom management as s/he…”  tells me exactly what you want to convey.
