Shine the light on the student perspective

Should you be in the position of knowing how you could help improve student outcomes
through Instructional Coaching, but not a position to develop and hire, you can still
make great strides. The first step is reflecting on how prior implementations have
progressed and which educators are at the various stages of implementation. For
example, review the stages of implementation and then determine who is in which
carriage using the three carriage train analogy? What correlations do you see between
their response to innovation and the stage of implementation? How can that information
help you plan who to reach out to as you move forward with your plan to implement
Instructional Coaching?
