In fact, in the years since that situation, there have been considerably more discussion on the ethics of mixing personal and business relationships among employers and employees. In a brief journal, propose a policy, rule, or strategy that your workplace should adapt to best manage the professional and personal relationship between a supervisor and an employee, along with two specific rules/strategies a supervisor should follow, and two that an employee should follow, to ensure professional relationships in the workplace.
