You have selected one nonprofit and one governmental organization. You have also researched their strategic management practices to make recommendations regarding effective strategies and best practices in strategic management.

Remember that your white paper’s target audience is the leadership and management of the organizations you have selected. Write the white paper with the idea that it could be presented to key decision makers in those organizations.

Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

  1. Introduction: Concisely describe the two organizations you will compare in your white paper. Include the following:
    1. Purpose: The organizations’ functions
    2. Facts
      1. Number of employees
      2. Geographic size of the areas they serve
      3. Budgets
      4. Trends
