outcome(s) the coaching could support, you should then share the list of strategies you
have decided on for the first iteration of your Instructional playbook. First, share your
rationale for your selection of strategies and then describe how you gathered input from
peers in your organization. Finally, your evaluation of the strategies that would be most
effective to support the student outcome(s) in the initiative should be developed well to
clearly communicate the connection between the strategy and the potential benefit to
the students.
Areas critical to this deliverable are:

● Your rationale for the inclusion of the strategies with detailed examples to
support your rationale
