The first step for this assignment is to identify, within your current employment division/area, an improvement project that can be implemented. You will identify the problem(s) and propose steps that can be taken to address the area that is in need of change. Once you have identified the improvement project you will now create a written proposal explaining the following:

  • Examine and explain the identified practices within your division/area.
  • What area have you chosen? Why? What improvements are needed? What is your current role within the division/area?
  • Assume that you are in a leadership role for the identified improvement project. What is your role as a leader of change over the improvement project? What processes will you implement? Why? What is the benefit? Are there potential obstacles you will face? How could you overcome any obstacles that present themselves?
  • Identify ways leaders can use their skills and knowledge to make improvements.
  • Make sure to incorporate current literature and reading assignments that will explain and demonstrate how organizational improvements can be made.
  • The paper requirements include12-point font, APA format, with a 5-page limit.

  • Be sure to validate your opinions and ideas with citations and references in APA format.
