Requirements

Title Page

 Create a separate title page with the following information, centered and double-spaced:

Title of the paper (bolded and in title case)

Author’s name

Institutional affiliation

Course number and name

Instructor’s name

Due date

Place a page number “1” in the top-right corner of the title page.

General Formatting

Use 1-inch margins on all sides.

Use one of the following accessible fonts:

Times New Roman, 12-point

Arial, 11-point

Calibri, 11-point

Lucida Sans Unicode, 10-point

Set line spacing to double throughout, including the title and reference pages.
