It provides the significance and justification for designing andconducting a research effort to expand knowledge or even replicate or challenge findingsin the existing body of scholarly peer reviewed research.Unless a research problem is clearly defined with an open and fair mind and minimalbias, then the chances of a research question enhancing knowledge and understanding onthe topic of inquiry are rendered redundant. The nature of the problem and the umbrellaquestion crafted to address the research problem also drive the design and methodologyof the inquiry.INSTRUCTIONSFor this assignment, the student will draw upon earlier learning to conduct furtherindependent research to find a scholarly peer reviewed journal article (published withinthe last 5 years that identifies an organization and management or business-related topicof your choosing) that is related to your cognate. This will serve as the foundation ofyour paper.For successful completion of this assignment, please complete the template (providedbelow) to identify and discuss each component with the stipulated citations and wordcount restraints that discusses the components in depth in a logical and coherent way.The paper should include unbiased deep discussion on the reason for proposing furtherresearch based on the single main article that has laid the ground for future research. Suchground may be the need for an alternative method to expand on a small sample, or toprovide deeper contextual mean, to see if findings are generalizable andmethods/instruments valid and credible to the findings can be tested or explored indifferent environments. Do not cite block and direct quotes for the problem frame paperalthough a verse is acceptable for the biblical integration paragraph.• Format: Current APA format and style required.• Sources: A minimum of 4 supporting citations and two alternative perspectivesfrom other peer reviewed scholarly journal articles are required for a balancedunbiased approach (6 peer-reviewed journal articles total).
