In this assignment, you will review the annual report of a public company to gain insight about the company and its financial health.

Choose one of the following public companies: Apple, Salesforce, Alphabet, Honeywell, Procter & Gamble, Ford Motor Company, Bank of America, ExxonMobil, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, or Johnson & Johnson.

  1. Summarize the company and its overall business (200–300 words).
  2. Explain the company’s corporate principles (100–150 words).
  3. Analyze the balance sheet, and state two items of financial significance to stakeholders. Explain why these items are significant (200–300 words).
  4. Analyze the income statement, and state two items of financial significance to stakeholders. Explain why these items are significant (200–300 words).
  5. Analyze the statement of cash flows, and state two items of financial significance to stakeholders. Explain why these items are significant (200–300 words).
  6. Explain one global financial management issue the company is currently facing or is likely to face in the future (200–300 words).
  7. Recommend whether to invest in this company, and why (200–300 words).

Note: A stakeholder is anyone who has a vested interest in the success of a company. For example, it can be an investor, owner, supplier, customer, financial professional, or creditor.

Your completed review should be at least five pages in length and include at least three outside sources, one of which must come from the CSU Online Library. Follow APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
