Part 2 posting: In December 2017, The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has passed a regulation to END “Net Neutrality”  Watch this CNN Report to learn about this issue and the “fake comments” submitted to the FCC  during the “notice and comment” process 
to an external site.

 Feel free to do your own research online to brief yourself on this issue and vote.  The FCC ultimately passed the new regulations voiding/ending “Net Neutrality” and that is the status of the regulations as of 2023.

One focus of this class is ethics and we will be studying various ethical theories.   Using the Utilitarian Ethics Theory state if 
you feel if the FCC’s decision was ethical  Please play this video first to understand how the Utilitarian model works:
