The following are topics you may use: Competent Child Welfare Services to Gay and Lesbian Adolescents and Families; Gay and Lesbian Foster/Adoptive Parents; Kinship Homes; Prevention and Protective Service; Child Abuse and Neglect; Domestic Violence; Siblings in Foster Care; Therapeutic Foster Boarding Homes; Impact of Substance use on Families and Children- or any other from the readings, that you may select in consultation with your mentor.

B) What does the research indicate as the advantages and disadvantages of this policy?

Include your reasoning for the recommended change.

 C) How do ethnicity, race, and socioeconomic status affect the policy?
