Assignment 1 – Ineffective/Toxic Boss and Effective/Great Boss

Research and reference resources that would support the characteristics and ensure that all references are in APA 7th edition format.

This assignment has two parts. Due November 17 – 100 points.

(Part 1) Develop a list of 5-7 characteristics of an ineffective boss/leader to whom you have been exposed or can imagine.  Notate or cite a current research article that supports the ineffectiveness of the characteristics. In a brief narrative summarize your feelings and emotions about such a boss/leader. 

(Part 2) Develop a list of 5-7 characteristics of the most effective boss/leader to whom you have been exposed or can imagine. Notate or cite a current research article that supports the effectiveness of the characteristics. In a brief narrative, summarize your feelings and emotions about such a boss/leader. 

Each section should be labeled and the characteristics in list form. The narrative for both sections should be no less than 750 words or no more three double spaced pages.
