The textbook (Buchbinder & Shanks (2012), second edition, chapter
5) addresses an essential topic in health care, which is strategic
planning. SWOT analysis is a significant tool that healthcare leaders
and managers use to assess the organization’s internal performance as
well as the market’s external power. You have to choose one
healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia, either public or private, and
examine and review the organization’s mission and vision, as well as
what services and products it provides. Based on the examination and
revisions, please answer the following questions:
