However, the articles should suggest there is an unsolved problem.  Right now, the articles suggest solutions. That would suggest the problem is solved. Remember, you can use journal articles, white papers, trade publications, association papers as a source for identifying your problem. Please let me know if you have questions.

 identify 
3 research problem justification sources that state the articles research discovered an 
HSO problem. This information should identify there is an existing problem.

Next, identify a practice gap. For example, is there a current standard to work to achieve? Perhaps there is a document that refers to the current problem and rates. You will want to include it in the practice gap statement. Next, is there an organization that does a good job? What do their processes look like? This could be a specific organization or national standard. Include that in the practice gap statement.

You clearly identified the HSO; however, you will want to include the specific services. Please continue to work on the problem statement and resources. I hope this helps a bit.
