· What is the importance of industrial-organizational psychology?

· Why have companies become interested in applying the principles of industrial-organizational psychology?

· What competitive advantages can a company gain from an I/O psychologist within its administrative structures?

· What are the main aspects of industrial-organizational psychology’s origin and key pioneers?

Take into consideration the following items:
