In this activity, you will examine Crucial Conversations and evaluate how to best
facilitate Crucial Conversations. Navigating difficult conversations effectively harnesses
problem solving at a collective level, with measurable improvement to your institution or
organization. Following the Crucial Conversation framework, you will now use the tools
you have learned in application.

For your summative assessment, analyze and share a situation or scenario where the
conversation became one which was crucial.

Include the following in your submission:
