This week you will complete a 3-5 minute video on Ethics in Leadership. This video should be done using Kaltura or another video creation tool (mp4). Before completing this assignment read Chapters 8 & 9 in the Johns textbook.

Your video should include the following:

1. A description of leadership ethics.

2. An explanation of one type of ethical trap.

3. A brief explanation of how leadership should demonstrate ethics in healthcare.
