As the NSG290 ASN Practicum course reaches the mid-point, we have a good opportunity to reflect on clinical experiences from the first 8 weeks and share with peers.   1. Tell us about your current clinical environment. Is this a practicum or instructor-led clinical experience? Include information about the type of facility (without naming the facility), number of beds, staffing model, type of patients, etc. Provide details regarding your typical schedule and educational level of your preceptor, if applicable.
  2. Describe a scenario where you felt particularly confident and competent. What situation were you faced with and how did you handle it? What specifically increased your confidence level?
