As a result of feedback about the understanding about performance appraisals, it is determined that training is needed for the managers. In preparing for the training, the need has been analyzed, designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated (ADDIE method).

As the HR manager, it is your responsibility to develop the training session, to conduct the training, to assess the training efforts, and to assess the outcome or success of the training. You know that training is moving into a new direction and have decided to take this opportunity to develop an innovative training session focused on what you have learned in this course.
