Executive Summary
My internship at Karbous Primary School allowed me to acquire hands-on skills in education and
school administration and observe how a classroom functions every day. The primary school,
Karbous, is an institution of high repute that offers its students a chance to encounter very high
educational standards. Al-Satouch, the Saudi – owned school, belongs to the Ministry of
Education and represents an integral part of the education sector within the country’s
community.
During the internship course, I have been involved in numerous activities and tasks under my
supervisor’s leadership and guidance and in cooperation with other team members. My activities
included initiating the lessons, tracking files, writing letters, filing data in the system, and
supporting IT. Furthermore, I performed meetings, involved myself in teaching, and contributed
to the general workings of my department.
The internship significantly opened the door to the practice of the knowledge that was taught at
university. This, in turn, enhances the learning of educational strategies and administrative
processes. Through the course of learning, I realized how much I have acquired valuable skills
that have enabled me to this day to combine good communication, effective prioritization,
solving complex problems, and teamwork to achieve my personal life goals and the goals of the
organization I am working for.
On the whole, this temporary work at Karbous Primary School was a joyful and enlightening
occasion. I am indebted to the program organizers for providing the right learning environment

This internship report presents a thorough assessment of the entire internship period at Karbous
Primary School, and as part of education and school administration, I got hands service.
Although hidden, they still exist there at the same time, I participate in several key departments
and take every chance to observe, in an attempt to get in depth knowledge and tactics. This

developing the mental ability of children and to improving the academic standards. Over time it
has turned into a solid institution respect and its reputation is brought forth by the commitment to

Gained Skills and Value Addition: As an intern at the Karbous Primary School, I picked up
numerous vital skills that improved my functions in the workplace and helped my professional
growth. A range of skills, such as the language of business, time management, problem-solving,
and teamwork, are being developed. I achieved the achievement and project by implementing
these competencies in the working processes with my peers as indicated by Gräßler & Pottebaum
(2021). Therefore, one of the areas of my development that was especially emphasized was an
improved vocabulary that led to self-confident conversations with students, parents, and staff,
which are vital communication tools in a school community.
Other Tasks and Multidisciplinary Contributions:
Besides orientated tasks in my major, I also participated in several miscellaneous tasks that
helped fully operate the educated establishment. Among my volunteer activities, I list the help I
gave with organizing and running events, participating in campaigns to assist the community,
being a part of students’ clubs, and assisting in managing the facility and supervising the students
during the extracurricular activities.
Incentives for Proactivity and Productivity:
As a learner – it was meant to be a source of motivation that was also a challenge – I was “paid”
for being resourceful and productive in different ways. The positive benefits I got in exchange
for my hard work were praise and recognition from my superiors, skills development, especially
for soft and professional skills, and even the advantage of getting a permanent job opportunity
based on my achievements after finishing the internship as indicated by Ren et al. (2022).

writing and examining school functioning and academic programs. Such tasks corresponded with
writing reports on students’ attendance and academic performance, analyzing their data to find

teaching theories and pedagogy. After class, I applied this knowledge to designing lesson plans

behavior and leadership theories, which I later employed in my second job through decisionmaking and teamwork in the meetings.

Lessons Learned: In conclusion, and my entire context, this training program exercised my
mind in the education and school administration sector. I learned how communication,
teamwork, and the vital skills of being flexible during my internship and functioning as a

professional in a great place. To sum it up, I also acquired know-how in various office matters
and management duties, which will undoubtedly be helpful when I start a new job.
Chapter 3: Recommendations
Advantages of the Training Program:
Involving in the training program at Karbous Primary School had many benefits in developing
development. The positive point was the opportunity to testify about how it feels to accomplish a
practical task by hand. During the practicum, I implemented the theoretical knowledge I acquired
in the classroom in a real-world context, enhancing my understanding of security as an education
and administration specialist. On top of that, the employees were very receptive to
communication, working as one, and together, they trained and grew professionally.
Challenges faced and overcoming them:
Whatever the benefits of the training program were, I faced several issues during the internship.
Working in a fast-paced environment like the hospital can sometimes be a very challenging
activity that requires paying attention to many tasks simultaneously, which overwhelms me. This
should have been fine, but I had to manage my time effectively, prioritize tasks based on winning
and losing, and ask my colleagues for help if I could not. Furthermore, I kept in touch with my
supervisor even when I faced challenges and asked for help and advice on immediate corrective
measures.
Recommendations for Improving the Training Program:
Different recommendations should be taken into account regarding improving the training
program’s applicability at the college. First, the conventional learning curriculum should be
replaced by more practical and hands-on learning aids. By doing this, it will be possible to better
prepare students for the job market. For example, having volunteers with relevant experience act
as mentors and provide overseers will allow graduates to learn and share what they know with

the proper guidance. Furthermore, creating an atmosphere of all-encompassing criticism and
self-reflection will motivate the trainees to improvise actively and participate in self-evaluation.
Recommendations for the Training Company
Due to the abundance of destinations and tour operators, offering competitive training to
potential employees is imperative. The Karbous Primary School should do quarterly performance
evaluations for the trainees that they can use to assess their progress and weaknesses.
Furthermore, formalizing mentorship schemes where older workers can provide measured
counseling and aid to the trainees would support the learning process. Hence, the possibility
should be put in place for interns to stay and have a chance to rotate through different
departments or positions within the school, get a more practical understanding of operations, and
develop their skills.
Conclusion
To begin with, the internship at Karbous Primary School was one of the most pleasing and
impressive learning experiences I have had. I learned to master, perceive, and apply the
knowledge acquired from my internship positions for my future professional goals. Throughout
the internship, along with the obstacles, I was able to pass through and finally succeed in them
using persistence, determination, and proper support from my supervisor and the team. I would
like to have the chance to deliver the training course and cannot wait to practice the practical
skills I have acquired in my future business life.
