Andrea Sutton is a single mother of a four year old and an 18 month old. She works a secretary at the local electric company. She is also active in her church, working with the youth choir and teaching Sunday school. Her children attend a child care center run by the church. When her children visit her ex husband every other weekend, Andrea goes to visit her parents, who are elderly and increasingly frail. Recently, she has begun to date a man whom she met at work, who also has two young children. She hopes to begin taking classes next year at the local community college so she can work toward her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse.
