This module is about understanding the difference between leadership and management. Leadership requires choosing an end result after a careful review of alternative endings, that you believe will be most optimum for you, your family, and your business/organization (HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER). Once you have carefully chosen the vision, apply management principles of benchmarks, time, tool, and asset management techniques to ensure that the vision can be realized. Please discuss a vision you have for your life, your family, or your business (HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER) and what management techniques you will use to help you get there. What mistakes could impact your vision? How could you learn from your mistake(s)?
